Jerusalem Biblical Zoo

The Jerusalem Zoo is one of the biggest and probably the most impressive zoos in Israel. It has a large variety of animals, (over 170 species). Many animals at the biblical zoo have been mentioned in the bible, hence the name of the zoo. The zoo is very big, and often demands a second visit to complete it. Dont forget to take a map at the entrance to guide you around. Besides animals to view, the zoo also has a petting zoo, wonderful playground and instructed animal feedings .
