How many of you know about this magical place? The Art Centre at Kibbutz Neot Smadar is a magnificient and unique building with an interesting history. It is found 40 minutes north of Eilat. This building was built by the members of the kibbutz working together in true co-operation. It took them over 15 years to build! One can do a guided tour or just look around. Inside the art centre is a gallery and shop which exhibits art objects made by their local artists. Entry fee is 30nis and goes to the members of the kibbutz. Besides the art centre, there is also a winery in the kibbutz which is open for tasting and some guest rooms if you are wanting to stay over.
