Jezreel Valley Museum

This children’s museum, found in Kibbutz Yifat in the Lower Galilee, is a great way to pass a few hours, especially on a rainy day. The Museum tells the story of the pioneers of the third “Aliya” who came to settle the land and work in agricultural production. Activities for kids in this museum include, climbing on and exploring agricultural trucks, driving small trucks and woodwork (see pictures below). Occasionally the museum has other activities for kids so call ahead to see what is happening. When we were there they had a variety of Montessori type wooden toys and games which kept my kids occupied for an hour.
