Apollonia National Park

Apollonia National Park, only a 20 minute drive from Tel Aviv, is a beautiful national park with amazing views. It features remains of a 13th-century Crusader Fortress and the remains of an ancient city. The ancient city has been intensively excavated since 1994. The views of the seaside overlooking the cliff are simply stunning. Besides the fortress, other points of interest include a moat, Roman seaside villa, coastal path and the Sidna Ali Mosque.
