Most people know about the famous Bahai Gardens found in Haifa. What are less well known are the sister Bahai Gardens that exists in Akko! These gardens are more humble than the Haifa Gardens but certainly worth a visit. Within the Akko gardens is the historic mansion where the Prophet/Founder of the Bahai Gardens spent his last years.
The Akko Bahai Gardens are built on one flat level (unlike the Haifa Gardens) . Cyprus trees, beautiful statues and remains of ancient olives trees await you in these beautifully manicured gardens. A feeling of supreme peace and tranquility exists within the walls of this special site
