Beeri Forest

The Beeri Forest, found in the Western Negev, is most frequently visited during The Red South Festival, otherwise known as Drom Adom. During this time, the forest is filled with Red Kalaniot (Anemones) making Beeri Forest extra special. Beeri forest is famous for its bike paths and is visited by thousands of cyclists every year. One can even rent a bike at La Medavesh bicycle store situated at the entrance to the forest. Here one can rent bicycles with seats for young kids or a bicycle trailor that the kids can sit in. Cycling through Beeri Forest, especially during Drom Adom (February) is a wonderful and unique experience
