Ben Shemen Forest

Ben Shemen Forest is the largest forest in central Israel and consists of over 5000 acres of land. Besides the vast array of hiking routes, this forest also has 32km of great bicycle paths. At the right time of year, Ben Shemen is great place to see wildflowers that blossom in Israel. Picnic areas are in abundance and one can drive through the forest to find a good spot.
