Just before Nahal Kana empties into Nahal Hayarkon, it passes through Horashim forest, a beautiful lushious forest found in the Sharon area. This forest has lots to offer including bicyle trails, picnic areas, and many options for hiking. In the early spring/ late winter months, Horsashim Forest is filled with flower blossons especially Rakafot (Cyclamen flowers). During winter, Nahal Kana flows strongly through the forest making it the perfect place for an adventurous 4×4 drive through water. Bring your rainboots, raincoats and umbrellas for some great puddle jumping.
