If you havent been to Iza Pziza, now is the time! Iza Pziza is a goat farm and cheese deli-restaurant that also offers cheese making workshops.
We were invited to take part in their cheese making workshop and who knew, its actually relatively easy to make cheese once you know how!
The cheese making workshop includes a tour around the goat farm (and feeding of goats), a video about the history of the farm and learning how to make cheese! Afterwards, you get to taste 3-4 different cheeses made at the farm and take your own cheese home ! The whole activity takes about an hour and can be combined with a relaxing meal at their deli. The workshops are offered in both Hebrew and English and are therefore a great option for tourists as well as locals. Iza Pziza has a kosher certificate
