The National Maritime museum found in Haifa is a highly interactive museum for children. Visitors of this museum learn about all things ship and sea related. The museum displays over 5000 years of history and maritime archeology. Children can build ships using wooden blocks, learn about flag signalling on ships and play battleship on a large woooden board. There is also a pirate exhibition where kids can dress up and play pirate at the sea! There are other creative opportunities at this museum including drawing ship still-lifes and creating your own sea super-heros
