Smurat Hairusim, found in Netanya is one of the best places in the centre to see the Israeli Iris flower. This flower blooms in the Winter (around February) and this is the ultimate time to do this short hike. The hike is through some sandy, often muddy terrain and is not suitable for strollers, but great for dogs. After enjoying the flowers, make sure to run down the sandy dunes and onto the beach nearby
