Israel Aquarium

The Israel Aquarium, found in Jerusalem, is the only aquarium found in Israel (besides the underwater observatory in Eilat). The aquarium deals with conservation, research, education and raising public awareness for protecting sea and water creatures. One can easily spend a half a day at the aquarium exploring interesting species of aquatic lifeforms including Stingrays, Sea Urchins and many different varieties of fish. Without a doubt, the highlight of the aquarium is the jellyfish exhibition. These fascinating creatures are completely mesmerising for adults and children alike.
